Cyberpunk hacker

This character is a stealthy one, breaks into facilities and hacks the most well kept installations to further her cause. she avoids confrontations at all costs, when left with no choice she has a shock pistol that stuns her enemies for a period of time, it also is used to send EMP shockwaves that has a short radius which can be effective against computer systems and other droids or opponents with lots of electronics.
